Vanessa sanchez, MS, RD
Founder
Vanessa’s love for food started en la mesa, surrounded by her family, laughing, and passing around her abuela’s cooking. Those meals weren’t just food, they were home.
Born and raised in Miami, she earned her Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Dietetics at Florida International University and later her Master’s in Human Nutrition at California State University, Northridge. Now, as a proud Venezuelan-American dietitian, Vanessa helps people heal their relationship with food while making sure their favorite meals always have a seat at the table.
And if you’re wondering, her ultimate comfort food? An arepa de carne mechada con queso blanco—no contest.
Alejandra Gordillo, MS, RD
Founder
Born and raised in Los Angeles, she earned her Bachelor’s in Clinical Nutrition at the University of California, Davis, and later her Master’s in Human Nutrition and Dietetic Internship at California State University, Northridge. Her work has taken her into hospitals, community clinics, dialysis centers, and local programs — meeting people where they are and making nutrition practical, approachable, and culturally inclusive.
